The Effting travel agency, which has been well-known in Eindhoven for years, is a member of the TUI Group. Since 2013, Effting has been operating from a brand-new office at 139 Elzentlaan, which has an inspirational interior fitted out with state-of-the-art technology and multiple screens that can visualise any destination as required. The WiFi network and iPads made available to would-be travellers are new, but the top-quality service and personal attention to customers are the same as they always have been.
The people at Effting knew perfectly well what they wanted the new travel agency to look like and they had quite a long list of wishes. Store3D succeeded in fulfilling all of them in close consultation with Effting’s specialists. With the new office, the organisation has certainly made its mark and it will clearly be a leading travel agency for years to come. Because of the internet, the travel and tourism industry is undergoing a massive change. While adapting to the new situation, Effting had to retain its own face, which means low-threshold, complete and service-driven.
Customers already knew where to find Effting for specially tailored holidays as well as standard package tours. To facilitate the provision of specialist services, the new building serves different functions. In addition to being a travel agency, it is also a call centre, office and regional training centre. Store3D forged the use of video walls and narrow casting tightly together in different customer zones, which can be used for purposes varying from informal chats to giving specific advice, in order to create a purely Effting brand experience.
On the one hand, the fact that Store3D knows what is going on in a specific market segment is an important point for our clients.
